help with ROTMG

ok so basicly after ages of attempts I finally unlocked a necromancer I then slowy made it to level 20 ive been using the teleport feature a bit recently and have seemed to grasp the idea of where to find stronger monsters which I assume are closer to the centre.

but ive seen some people with UT armour and high tier armour i was just wondering how i get that i mean i have helped killed some onyrx dude which i was told is the strongest guy.

I have been to a few portal realm things i killed some bosses but i never get anything good (I killed some tiki warrior guy in some jungle realm) also a pirate

Finally what the hell are pots and how do i get them
