GUI Designer Needed for 2D MMORPG!

Yep, I'm looking for a GUI Designer, I'm in search of a experienced person that knows how to handle with Adobe Photoshop

The image below shows what I need done, it just has to look GREAT!

As you will design the GUI, this means you'll get in the Credits and if wanted you'll gain a Moderator position in the game.
