Help with private server

first you need to know im only a 13 year old kid,im only LEARNING to speak english,and this is my first server.so, say something constructive,or dont say anything.
I recently make a server from pimpscape source,but when i run it, its says

port:5555
0.0.0.0
I have made a no-ip host ,named jcgscape.no-ip.biz,but when i type it on silab client,that dont work,i need to type 0.0.0.0
how i change that?
