Help With Paypal Please Respond

So I'v noticed that most of my clients use Paypal to pay. Though I don't have paypal i would like to get it and I want to know Anti-scam methods of using it. Also since I don't have a bank account or credit card I'm willing to use. So i wanted to know if i could get an account that just stores the money on there and then I can use it some other Runescape related business.

Yeah. Making a Paypal account is free, you don't need Credit card, etc. Anti scam method would be claim and cancel.

 

I would turn back right now paypal is horrible.

 

to take most risk out of the claim scam this is a good way. However if you use the claim + cancel methode the buyer is somehow still able to get the the money back.

Therefore I say paypal isn't 100% without risk...

I don't know any methodes for you right now howto make good deals without risk....

 

make 2 paypal accs. once the person sends you the cash, send to your other paypal, making it impossible for them to get it.

 

Well, you can use that methodes, good thought. But once your saldo is "0" and they claim you'll still have an paypal account wich is for example "-130".

When you're using this methode you'll need to make another account on Paypal after each trade to be sure you won't get stolen.
