    Market Trades?

I had a question about trading items for IRL cash (Runescape) I've seen people buying them for paypal money, now just to clarify, to buy an item you give them the trade value AND paypal cash, right? Is there another way?

    Thanks,

If you buy items, such as rares (partyhats for example), you have to give the buyer RSGP and PayPal money. There is no other way around it as far as I know. For junks, you give your buyer PayPal money and your junk. In return, you get RSGP.

Yes, I believe so. Considering there is no 100% xfer method known where you can xfer a yellow party hat or a Christmas cracker. You sell it to them for trade value. And since a trade limit is sometimes in accurate on the actaully price (called the 'sreet value') people make up for the rest in Irl cash. For example Divines, last time I really played rs they were around 500m trade price, and on the street they were like 2b. (Unsure about the actual prices, but that is how it works)
