Paypal limited?

SO i got like 100$ into my paypal and i withdraw them same day, the day after i log in and see that my paypal is limited, they are asking me to upload photo id, i took a photo of my passport and tried to upload, when i press send my exploer just freezes and there is nothing i can do, tried like 10+ times, i even tried to write them an email, but no answer. Any ideas how i can get my account unlimited? (limited is that i cant send or recieve any money).

 

When did you e-mail them? They can take some time to reply. If you have trouble uploading it then try a different Internet Browser like Firefox or Chrome. IE is not considered the best browser at the moment.

Hmm, why did your account get limited? And I think the maximum is 48 hours or something like that to reply. They will reply eventually, you just have to wait and see what they say.

 

they limited because they need my full info (never happen before that to my friends) and they say that few customers arent happy with my service, but there is no open dispute, this account is new, i only bought two games and recieved payment from Playerauctions.

 

anymore ideas?

 

Ring them, explain your problem and they fix it rather quick

2) Wait 24 - 48 hours for a reply on your email that you have sent to them.
