Help with my Diploma!

Hey everyone, I'm currently completing a diploma in IT and i am having trouble with some HTML coding, as one of the requirements for the website we are required to write some code that can be added to our website that creates a box for people to put in their name and email address.

when they click "send" i need the server to save that data and keep it on a list. can someone please help me with this code.

so far i have nothing! so if you could give me the whole code it would be awesome! thanks guys

i have this so far;

<p>Click on the submit button, and the input will be sent to a page on the server called "form_action.asp".</p>


Still have no idea how to get it to save! gahhhh

Try looking here or possible PMing the Op. Hope this helps if not im sure there's probably people around the programming threads that could probably help out with this.
