How do I get rid of recoverys?

I'm about to sell an acc but I'd like to know how to get rid of the recovery questions first. Or does the person that buys it just have to re- set them? Thanks for the help.

 

!) go to RS window than choose lost password
2) type in you rs name and choose option (Someone know my recovery questions.
3) answer them with all your info
4) than it should say that you want to countine for tracker id
5) write tracker id and check it and check it every 5minute to see if jagex reply
6) than it should say your recovery has been reset when jagex reply
