umm.... that is VERY easy to do

Private Sub Connect_Click()
Winsock1.Connect server.Text, port.Text
End Sub

Private Sub SendData_Click()
Winsock1.SendData ("13 01 0A 00 3C 00 7E 9D 01 00")
End Sub

Thats probably not what your looking for..

If you want to send a packet to an IP. you need to use a byte array.
