Where should Name change requests go?

title says it all

 

I doubt anyone would change your name on sythe. I've never heard of such a thing.

 

You can't get your name changed, once the account is created. If you want a new name, create a new account.

 

Of course you can, venom. It's just the Staff decided that it's a no-go regarding name changes for all non-staff.

If I could get a name change, I definitely would. I rather hate this name.
