Help shipping question

I ordered sneakers form a site not too long ago and i realize now that i bought the wrong sneakers. so far i have sent an email to customer service telling them to cancel the order but their customer service phones dont open up until 8am tomorrow. It said in the FAQ that I shaouls call as soon as possible to cancel the order. Is it possible they have shipped the order out already and its too late to cancel? The payment is still pending on my paypal and I cant seem to cancel it. HELP

 

If they have already shipped them, then it is probably to late, though you could of course send them back claiming they didn't fit or whatever.

 

Yeah, just ship them back they should accept them.

can someone else try calling the number in the link and tell me if you get a dial tone i really want to cancel this order and they havent shipped it yet

 

It is too early, wait 1-2 hours an call them.

 

but they said lines open at 8am EST
