Explanation:
This individual claimed to be the co-owner of AbundyGold. In fact, in the AbundyGold thread you can see here that Collin AKA Worm was actually listed as the co-owner:

Now, he made a dispute and this was his response:

He put himself into a position of trust and his partner scammed, that does not mean his position of trust at AbundyGold should be ignored and as a result he should be responsible for the full amount that AbundyGold scammed for.

But yet the response was:

According to Sythe rules anyone who is involved with a partnership has to take responsibility for other partner as per the business/partnership rule:

Heres a screenshot that I got from November 2017 (before Collin kicked me out/banned me because he was scared that I was going to get him banned from this site):

As you can see here this was an image that was taken before my discord tag changed showing he was in fact an Abundy Admin (and he was unable to give himself that rank because Abundy was the owner of the server).

In these imgur logs you can clearly see both Grant & Collin AKA Worm making EXECUTIVE decisions regarding the Abundy organisation as a whole:

The main reason I have made this report public rather than private is because I feel that this report will set a new precedent in how the business/partnership rule will/should work.

Giving yourself a co-owner rank is one thing but then making executive decisions is another. If Worm was really only using the co-owner rank as a way to get "sales" then why is he using it to take responsibility over others, as shown here:

This idiot moron decided to ban everyone from the discord and also change his name on Discord but heres full proof he was not the owner of the Discord server and he was an admin.

I'm sure anyone who had this guy (Worm) on discord can confirm it really is him:

Not really sure how that shows that I banned you because I was scared. Everyone was just going ape-shit about the whole situation and it was unhealthy. Not worth the drama or the cleanup. So I cleaned up the mess before the shitstorm hit.

There was already a fairly large case over this; And it was resolved. I'll happily answer any questions anyone has and provide any feedback or input that is relevant.

In regards to this; I don't deal in anything anymore so I changed my name to match a gaming community I am apart of. I don't see how this makes me a "idiot moron". I think it's a little extreme to be throwing those words around

 

You failed to explain how you were involved in the process of "suspending" people if your co-owner title was only there for display rather than actually being one:

You were adding people to chats WITH GRANT and suspending them yourself, like I said, if your co-owner rank was for display, you would not be able to make actions like these.

And yes, you did ban me because you knew exactly that I planned to go after you when you have well over $1100+ in unpaid debts.

You got yourself involved in a business you don't understand because you're a lousy business man who was only in it for a quick buck and you did it at the expense of others. You put yourself into a position of trust and now it is time for you to own up and take responsibility.

Most businesses fail within the first 5 years because lousy businessmen like yourself enter the industry with little to no experience about what they are doing.

 

I don't think it's extreme at all for me to be throwing these words around. Especially not when over $1100 was scammed and you were involved with that and rather than helping the people who were scammed out, what do you do?

I'm not sure why this is all of a sudden being reported again nearly a year later when we (myself/@Charlotte) resolved the dispute already. In other words you could've contacted one of us about the situation if you needed clarification about it, but regardless you already made this report, so I'll address your concerns in full detail so you understand the situation more and why the ban was lifted.

Firstly I'm not sure why you're being so hostile, but he did that to prevent anyone else from being scammed by Abundy, therefore if anything he helped anyone who was looking to/previously done business with @Abundy to avoid any other scam from taking place as much as he possibly could.

He wasn't put in a "position of trust". His title as "co-owner" was mainly to help other works, and clean up any issues within the team/help @Abundy with all the little things to maintain the business (as they were closer to one another than anyone else on the team), however I received proof of all of the payments made, and none of them ever came from @Worm as he never managed any of the funds (he could view the transaction history, but never had the permission/ability to send/receive money, or view the accounts balance.

The rule states:

Businesses/Partnerships: Anyone running a business or partnered service implicitly agrees to share responsibility for the actions of their co-owners, as well as any workers they employ WHILE THE WORKER IS ON SHIFT AND ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE BUSINESS. Thus, if a partner or worker scams, all owners of the business will be banned until the debt is repaid. Workers, however, are not liable for anyone's actions but their own (although it is up to the staff to determine who falls into that category).

Yes he was listed as a co-owner, however any "partner"/"co-owner" contributes money (or other things such as property, skill, etc, but in terms of this dispute referring to money specifically) with the expectation of sharing in an organization's business profits and losses. @Worm Never contributed any money, never had any contract/agreement, and never managed funds (all factors that would consider this a partnered service), therefore his title as "co-owner" was simply given due to him being a good friend of @Abundy's during the time, and all he did was help workers/manage the staff team, and help with some other issues to make sure everything's functioning properly.

If I'm working for a website, and I'm a worker, but the owner is a good friend of mine/trusts my input heavily, then am I considered a co-owner legally with that title because I have I have heavy influence in what we can do to help the business moving forward by mentioning things such as who I believe is slacking, what can be done to help improve traction to the site, helping with other big decisions, etc? Not at all, and that'd be absurd.

Addressed above. Also as far as the whole deposit situation @Worm never held any of the money as it was stored into @Abundy's PP. Everything else is clarified above.

Again if you really have an issue it's probably best to contact myself/@Charlotte first since we originally handled the dispute, or reporting the thread itself rather than re-opening something that was reported/resolved in a dispute several months ago, but anyways there's your clarification. Closing this/changing title to resolved.
