Help running scar

I downloaded SCAR Divi 3.14

I don't know how to set it all up and run it.

At the bottom of his post, he put it in a downloadable .rar file. Download it and open with Winrar. Then, you can either open that with SCAR, or open with notepad and copy/paste into SCAR.
Then toggle the rs window with the crosshair, and just hit the play button. If you don't have SRL installed, follow this tutorial:
