    Help? Rofl..

Well - dunno how to put this really. But lets put it in the long way. XD

Well, I loaded up my comp and like when it loaded up it kept freezing and freezing and I was about to throw it out the nearest window into oncoming traffic. =x

Then I booted the computer into safe mode to check if there were any problems, ran a CHKDSK, punched my screen a couple of times, and screamed at the top of my voice "Frikin' work you dumb bastard." <.<

I did a system restore and now when I boot up, it gets past the "Windows XP" flash/booting screen and then turns blank. The only way I can do anything is in Safe Mode and I can't play games in Safe Mode. >.<

    Anyone got a cure. xD

    Help? Rofl..

Here are some cures, have you tryed troobleshooting properties on your desktop window then going to troubleshoot play around a little with all of these. Try deleting all of your cookies, and run a couple of virus and anti virus tests. I have had this happen (I have a big virus on my computer, wasnt pretty) the computer i had didnt work and a lot of what you said fits the description of what happend.

Trouble shooting with properties on the desktop? Oh please kid, worry about something other than your post count.

First of all, what anti-virus software do you have (If any)? Second, was this slow-down progressive, or did it happen immediately? (Meaning, did it start out going a little bit slow and jerky then overtime got really slow and jerky?) Third, post your specs.

First I would suggest you yell at it and hit it some more. After that doesn't work, try googling your problem, as many people have similar problems.

Try disconnecting your internet, and try disabling Norton Antivirus if it is running. Also make sure all of your start-up software is up-to-date.

I don't think it is a hardware problem, unless it is the monitor, although it is a laptop. Maybe you have dual monitors or soemthing set? D:

    Check your software, not hardware.
