[Help Request] To anyone who knows smthing about computers.

Ok...I did smthing and i need to fix it. I googled up the file that I need to put back on a computer and this is what it gave me:


What I need to know is how do I make the D:\ Drive the current drive. I'm sure it has something to do with the BIOS, but as far as that goes...Im lost.

EDIT: I think it might be helpful to add a little more information to my post
I am running this computer on a Compaq Presario (Type Unknown) with Windows XP Home Edition and I have the system recovery disk at hand. I just don't know how to make the D drive the current drive. I'm pretty sure that I need to go into the BIOS and do something there, but after that I'm lost.

 

Go to your bios settings (should be f10, or f12. Try around if it doesn't work.)

Look for something related to boot hardware or something (different on every computer/bios). Change the boot menu and look for what's first on the list. Change it to your cd drive, save all settings + exit, restart with cd in computer drive, then do your stuffs.
