help recovering my account

I'm not sure if this is the best place to post this, but I haven't had any luck pming various mods and administrators. I am unable log into my old account Superman1478. When i was first unable to login i gave up and made this account. I would like to use my old account now.

When i attempt to recover my password i get the error message.

I have tried all of my email addresses, but none of them seem to work.
How can I recover my account?
