Help recovering an account? Jagex changed system?

Alright, i have a couple really old accounts i have. They dont have an email registered, so i cant recover then via email. I wanna recover them asap so the names dont get sniped. I tried emailing jagex, but i guess they changed the recovery system? How do i recover the accounts now?

 

Last time I forgot the email of my acc I emailed jagex and gave them proof that I owned acc e.g. ip, place of creation, prev pass ect ect and they transferred the email for me. You could try that?

 

when did you email them last? it tried it the other day, and it said something like, oops. we have changed the recovery system blah blah blah. alsoo, what email did you use?
