Does amazon gift cards have country restrictions?

pretty sure they do. there is an amazon US and an amazon UK (probably other countries too)

 

Yes sir as far as I know they do. Unless there is an international card im sure you can check on amazon.com and see.

You can buy them directly from Amazon from Aus and have them sent to your e-mail address but they'll only work on amazon.com

Ah its just because I want to buy them from sythe for really cheap since they are gift cards and then buy stuff from Amazon so the total amount I buy for something like computer accessories is alot cheaper.

So buying myself gift card wasn't the first thought I had in my mind but just seeing the chances of myself getting a Australian one to use. I had some volunteers from the US buy some gift cards which can be used there and then ship over the stuff.
