    Ok so I signed up for a paypal so I could sell some of my rsgp but I didn't realize my spending limit was zero. Is there anyone that is willing to take an entire paypal as a piece of trade or that can help me get it verified? I'll give someone this account for either a runescape upgrade(if it's not against the rules) or some other offer?

    The buying and selling (includes trading) of PayPal accounts is against the rules on this site.

    Also, this section is not for buying and selling in any way, you have been here since 09, yet you haven't read a single sticky?
