    [HELP PLEASE] Photoshop CS4: How to create a Table?
    I've already tried that, it merges ugly when you use a table in Photoshop.

    Photoshop isn't the tool for this though because you are going to have to spend too much time when there is automated processes in other software that does it better. Have you tried excel?

    Yep, you could make a rectangle shape with a stroke and no fill, then smaller ones. But that just ends up being a tedious job which word/excel do in less than a minute.
