So i bought an account on sythe like 2-3months back. Seller gave me everything previous passwords, recoveries and junk. And i was happily playing till BAM! got hacked. The password was changed and my name was changed too. And ALL the appeals (bout 40-50 appeals) i submitted were unsuccessful. Hacker probably has my bank by now. ASSUMING its not the previous owner who hacked me, who else could have hacked me? (computer does not have any keyloggers or whatsoever, checked it the day i got hacked) And why is it that all the appeals i have submitted were unsuccessful. (All info was correct btw) Please help by posting your opinions on this and also how i may be able to get my account back. (tried posting on forums but mods said that the account wasnt mine and i wouldnt get to access it again). feel free to PM me or anything.

 

Unfortunately, he may have given you incorrect information, and even if the information he gave you was legitimate the previous owner also has the account information and may also have the same I.P address as the account when it was played on/created. Considering all your appeals were unsuccessful it's unlikely you'll get the account back.

If you have any proof of this, you can try to get him banned on Sythe, other than that there's not much to be done. (From my knowledge at least.)

Try posting on 'Forum Emergencies' on RuneScape forums. Give them all the details you know there so if you have the correct one they will pass it to the special team who will remove all details hacker recovered account with. Also when your accounts gets recovered the recovery questions get removed.

 

ive tried posting on forums and the Jmods told me to fuck off. Theres nothing else i can do now LOL and banning previous owner on sythe would be useless because he rarely uses sythe. Anyway he said it wasnt him who hacked it and is considering giving me a full refund. i guess im done with rs for now. Thanks for the help guys
