Help Paypal Unathoraized Claim Paying

Hey all,i was selling party hats and sold some yesterday for 400+ bucks and today when logged in my paypal i saw that someone made "Unathoraized claim" saying someone hacked his paypal account,i'm 100% sure that he sended from his own paypal and the same ip like paypal are created and using...I need to reply to this:
Status: Waiting For Seller's Response
Status Details: The buyer has filed a claim stating this transaction was made without the account holder’s knowledge or consent. Please click Resolve Claim Now to view your options to resolve this issue and how to provide relevant information will help in PayPal’s investigation. We must receive your response by 7 calendar days from case creation in order to include your input in our investigation.
Any ideas what to write??? If someones help me im going to pay good

I've successfully dealt with this exact kind of problem, and paypal awarded me the money. Take pictures of your msn history, chat logs are fine, make sure to highlight the parts where he reveals what his paypal email address is (hopefully he did that...). Give paypal a call as well, and just explain that you are a seller of virtual goods and that this person received their goods and you believe it to be their own paypal account (include pics of where you say like "thanks for trade" in your dispute).

If they're using a proxy, paypal will figure it out. They have a large list of known proxies. There is a problem if they stole someone else's paypal account though and used it to pay you. Hopefully that wasn't the case

 

The fact is that i'm 100% sure he was sending from his ip...So this claim is fake

What video is saying is that you need to prove that his IP is the same for his MSN and his PayPal. Provide proof that it is indeed him and that it is HIS PayPal.

 

Hopefully you get the money. I'm interested in seeing the process.

 

Ok right received today a letter from paypal :
We have completed our investigation of the transaction below and were
unable to find evidence of unauthorized access to the buyer’s account. This
case was denied to the buyer and no funds were recovered from your account.
But my money is still held??

 

Call to PayPal.

 

Because it was a virtual good, I don't necessarily think it'll do much good. Your best bet is to call PayPal themselves and explain the situation. I've done it myself and fortunately, won the claim. Next time you trade, be sure to put a note that says 'This is for virtual items that I've already received.'

 

What do you mean "put a note"? Make the buyer put a note afterwards or what? Sorry, I'm sorta new and don't understand everything just yet.

 

This case is already closed,but i dont understand why the money are held now?
