    Quick and easy question.

I have an intel i7 that should be able to get up to 100+ FPS for LoL. But it's constantly at 60. It doesn't go any higher, or lower.

What's a solution for it? I don't have the specs atm but can get those when I get home.

    ANy help is great.

There's probably nothing wrong there. You just have V-sync enabled or have the frame cap to 60 in the settings :)
If you have an Nvidia GPU the geforce experience automatically enables vsync for games. It's on for a reason though, if your monitor is only 60hz you cant see above the 60fps anyways, and putting out more could cause screen tearing.

Make Sure that the V-Sync and Anti-aliasing aren't checked in the video Settings. Also make sure that your frame rate isn't capped at 60fps. There's an uncapped option as well. All of this inside the lol settings.

AA shouldn't have anything to do with a frame rate cap. That just smooths jaggies and what not.
