TrAding LvL 99

ok so well, hes got some good stats. He's got the neccasary supplies to gain 99 fletching thats a knife and 220k+ willow logs. like 155k in cash.
OK, so what i want is any lvl 3-30 with a 99 skill that i might like, maybe 99 wc on a lvl 3. i just want a low lvl with a 99 skill like wc or fishing or something, in return you get a lvl 99 cb character with some cash, some items, BUT oh i forgot dang hes permenantly muted ok so dont let that get you down, ive learned that being muted helps me, now other people dont hold me back. i just do what i want, i now gain lvls alot faster. OK so this is actually about 13 minutes after ive registered here but i just wanna trade so dont be discouraged.
