Help me ? Get money in return ?

Hello to all sythe community, I have a problem with my PC and it's honestly digging my head in. Happend before too and got a new hard drive but this thing is happening again. Got the hard drive not long ago, 1 month ?


Heres the problem;

Each time i turn on my computer it leads to the safe mode page as in ; Safe mode, start windows automatically, safe mode with network or something ? and there's a count down.. I click whatever starts the black screen with the windows XP loading then just restarts and the same stuff just repeats ? I honestly don't know the problem if someone could help me online wether it's possible or not i could pay them.

You may have a virus, it's what happened to me once.
You may have to do a factory reset. :'(

 

You should let a proffesional look at it.
they know everything about it.
