RS3 Account - Maxed w/ QP Cape & Over 1bn cash

Hey guys,

Requesting a Price Check for my account.

I've noted the key value drivers of my account above, it is maxed with all quests done and will have approximately 1.4bn GP at the time of sale. I am the original owner of the account and will change the email address of the account subsequent to sale for your convenience.

Confirmation of Wealth (Will fill the divine charges before I look to sell for 1.2bn plus the 100m gp, the account also has Masterwork Armour and at least 100m of POF animals I can sell too in advance):
