How can I claim cash back on paypal fast.

I recently got scammed by Tia Baggins and have filed a Dispute against her, I did not send the cash as a gift but for buying goods, However in the notes I put in "payment for recieved goods" because she said that she will not accept the payment unless I put that, so I did..

She then logged out of msn once she had received payment and did not send me details for the account I was buying.

How can I get my money back fast does anyone know?

This is their phone number taken from the above link: 1-402-935-2050 After googling the area code it appears to a Texas based number.

Is their anything I can post on the dispute that will give me a better chance of winning, as I dont want to be losing my $80...

Screenshots of the msn convo and of her logging out, upload them to imageshack and put it in the dispute. That MIGHT help to give them a better understanding of what is going on.

 

If your paypal payment was funded by a credit card, you can always try to file a dispute with them.

As for what to say to paypal... honesty is probably the best policy.

If you can still claim the money back submit a claim.

Even though you said you received the goods, that doesn't change anything, the person will still have to provide proof of delivery, something you can't do with virtual goods

 

Only way to claim back money is to actually pay as a good and THEN to actually convince paypal that the payment was for a tangible item.

Unless you file an unauth dispute which you will lose unless you had the intentions of scamming from the get go.
