Paypal US account stuck

hey guys, I need a bit of help. I ventured into PTC way before and now earned a bit in my US Paypal account (I used US Paypal since the PTC website only catered to US residents and I'm from some place else).

However, I can't seem to transfer them at all. Is it still possible to move these funds? They've been sitting there and I can't seem to do anything about it.

Mods, if this topic is illegal, disregard it..don't know where else to ask or put it.

She's from the US and she helps others with moneypak from the US, this may/may not or be different but it's worth a shot.

i googled up a bit and it said i needed a prepaid visa to transfer the money to my original Paypal account.

anybody else have opinions regarding this?

 

Is your current PayPal verified - linked with either your debit card or bank account?
