I request a guide on increasing your vertical jump.

Well, as a passionate basketball player, and especially since i play small forward, I find it important to improve my vertical leap and there are many contradicting guides on the internet so if anyone knows alot on the subject would you please post it, or if you know a good guide elsewhere please send me a link. You need to do explosive power training.

Like interval weight training - medium weight, medium FAST reps mainly on Quadricep and Hamstring

Sprint training

Plyometrics
