    Help losing a few lbs?

Alright to start off, next year I start high school. And I would really like to start swimming. I am going to start working out, but I have a little extra weight around my stomach.

I'm coming here because I'm hoping there will be no one saying "fat ass gtfo the cp" ect.

    So any suggestions?

Swimming is one of the best forms of exercise so you should definitely be doing that regularly. To loose weight you'll need to be in a calorie deficit, so you need to control your diet and exercise constantly.

I am, I am also watching what I am eating. But nothing really seems to be working. I mean I can see small changes, but that's after a few weeks. Any idea what I could do just to lose some weight?

A good way to see a noticeable difference in your weight is to use a digital scale. If you stick with a steady diet, cut the junk food, fatty foods, and try to maintain a lower calorie intake than normal, weighing yourself daily at the same time can show a .1 to .2 pound difference in your weight. Seeing this change really helped me keep my diet going and I lost over 40 pounds.
