Chinning with 1 defence?

I'm looking to get 91-94 range asap, possibly 94-99 later.
My stats are
40 def
1 pray
91 range
79 hp


Looking to stay 1 prayer, any suggestions?

What about just nmzing with absorption? 100k+ xp an hour

 

With 1 def you can't you need to use ppots

the best way of doing this that I know of is in the MM tunnels... I am not 100% on how to lure them though

 

I've done chinning with 1 def 1 pray its really low xp/hr @ skeletons did like 1m xp with over 10k+ red chins.

 

did 1pray 1def chinning 80-99 on my pure b4. 60-90k red chins if i remembr correctly

 

pretty sure this requires prayer for protect from melee

 

Nah it doesn't. There's a specific lure that gets you to a safespot. It's lower xp/chin than it is w prayer, but way better than any other method

I took this from above but I used it as well for my 1 pray range pure a while back, its a great guide as well.
