i think he means a reverse stat look up.. like, you type in the level in each skill and people with those skills come up on a list? never heard of it though

The one you saw must have been "home made". Meaning there's no place you can download it.

 

those dont work anymore they fixed the glitch and the program was rs stat changer....no1 has done it since like 2006

 

same as with the money editor u could change the amount of money you had but they fixed that 2....soo yea

 

add me and i might could get u a program for the stat changer but u will have to find someone that could update it to work passed jagex sercurity
