Pretty much this is for anyone who has been scammed while using PayPal.
I have a method in which you can recover money that has been taken from you.

I know what your thinking.. "Well I'll just file a Claim against them"
True! You could do that, but it is not 100% effective and usually doesn't work.

My method offers 100% Success in claiming your funds back.

I can see a lie a mile away, and you will need to have proof you were scammed.

If I buy an account I use Western Union, ensures cash delivery.
I only SELL accounts using PayPal.
