Help, got scammed through PayPal claim

Alright mates. I traded with some twat yesterday, he said he's from Sythe but after the deal didn't want to leave feedback, anyhow, he bought A LOT of Steam accounts from me worth a lot of money. Today when I got back home I see that he opened claims in PayPal saying that he never received the Item, and I have these choices:
How would you like to resolve this issue?

• I have not shipped the item and I would like to refund the payment.
• I can provide proof that the item was shipped through an approved shipper to the address on the Transaction Details page.
• I have refunded the payment for this transaction.
• None of these apply to me.

The attached note with the payment says the following: " buying virtual item cant claim and dispute ".
What I beg, is for someone to tell me what option I should exactly pick and what exactly I should type :/ I'm really clueless in this situations, thanks a lot, and his e-mail is: [email protected]

Later Edit: So, it haves that note included, and IT IS SENT AS GIFT, I just need proper instructions to be sure I'll have my money back. :/

 

Honestly, you probably won't get it back. Because all he has to do is say that the payment wasn't authorized. It happens to the best of us. :/ Just take better precautions next time.

 

Then if it's no way I can get it back why people bother saying in their threads for buyers to include that stupid note?

 

A method I use, IDK if it works or not but.

I make 2 PayPal accounts, 1 for receiving, and one for sending. All my sales on Sythe go through to receiving PayPal, and then get sent on to my sending PayPal, which I use to buy cocai, jk. But thats how I do it, idk if it works though never been charge-backed.

 

Don't use PayPal it sucks for selling RS items. Unless you deal with some trusted person you will get scammed.

 

I'll wait for someone who successfully got over a scammer on PayPal. If it's not a such person, the money already been withdrawn yesterday, so now I have negative balance, can I as last resort remove the credit card, dump this PayPal account and make another one after a few days with the same credit card, and not get fucked? But I strictly want to use this as last resort, I would like to keep my account and win this.

 

Scares people off.
