Well it got perm muted yesterday, and since then no last chance =\

u need to commit one more offence so that ur last chance appeal will show up, and if your willing to risk ur lvl 124, try and find a last chance appealer to do it for u

Go to RuneScape tech support and blab to mods. Don't annoy them though or they turn out to be assholes...

Just ask why they didn't give you last chance.
