Help get rid of recovery set.

As title says. ive put recover on my both acc. the first one was set last december 2007 and second one just days ago. i want to get rid of the recovery because im selling my account.... I know how to do it but problem is here.
ive been given a tracking number for both accounts, so i put it in the box Say

Appeal Status: Unknown
Unfortunately, the tracking ID you have entered is not valid. This could be because you have entered the ID incorrectly or there's a problem with our system. Please try entering your tracking ID again, carefully. If it still does not work, wait a few minutes and try again.

It does for both tracking number,so i tried to put the account name,but still the same. what does this mean? been trying for ages now, will i get the recovery questions off?or not?. Please need help. Cant sell the account if its still there.

 

it means jagex just shafted you.

Same thing I got trying to recover a stolen account that I bought awhile back..

 

Did u get it? or account got lock or something

 

make sure if you copy and paste the tracking id from a notepad or something else that you ONLY copy the numbers and letters, with NO spaces before or after.

 

As it says it there,i tried for ages but still doesnt work, even the username says unknown.

 

When you say the username says unknown, did you check the highscores?

If so then it could be locked :/

If it says that when you track appeal, then your tracking number may be incorrect.

Its hardly incorrect mate, yes the username is correct.

 

yeah track number is probly wrong.

annoying you can't copy it ;s but yeah writing it does and putting on notepad is good so you have a double copy incase one is wrong
