Undetectable Keylogger needed!

My manager is asking me to search a keylogger to monitor all the staffs’ online activity during the working time. We need an undetectable keylogger so that the staffs will not find a clue of being monitored. We need a powerful keylogging program which is capable of recording all email activities(upload and download attachments, text info), chatting histories, website visited etc.
My manager is somehow strict with all the staffs and he doesn’t want anyone idles in working hours. I searched from google and got one called Myjad Keylogger seemed to have high marks. But I am afraid that the good comments might not be real. =|
Does anyone have any idea about this Myjad Keylogger or other better suggestion? Appreciate for your help!

I cannot help you find a keylogger, rather I am here to say you guys should really insist on something else... maybe one of those screen-monitoring programs as they are much less intrusive since no passwords will be revealed. Employees use Facebook, that's life. A happy employee is a good employee. You're clearly in a good relationship with the manager, you should tell him to switch to screen monitoring.

 

This is bullshit, THIS IS ILLEGLE!, You can get sued soo bad... There is a program which watchs there screens and you can check what they have done, 100% sure that all companys have logs of chats, ban hammer this hacker, this isn't aloud on the forums and he is trying to set up a system for Hacking ways.... Blackhat Aren't welcome

 

It's not illegal in the US. Plenty of shitty workplaces have keyloggers on their computers.

 

It isn't illegal anywhere that I know of, actually. As long as it doesn't have any malicious intent, you can keylog every computer you own.

At least for now. I pray for the day companies cannot keylog.

Edit: If OP was banned for this post, then that's bullshit. Of course if he was a vader or something that's understandable. It's a legitimate question to ask for a clean keylogger (child monitoring, employee monitoring, whatever type of stalking).

 

No manager would ever do that, you just want something to hack right? No one can give you here. Shoo! :laugh:
