Hi, I am a freelance developer and I do work on many different languages. I am free for doing just about any kind of idea you are willing to pay for to make.

My Strong web dev languages are:

PHP
XHTML/CSS

I can also do work in ASP and use numerous variations for connecting to VPS, dedicated managed servers, and other linux servers.

I also do programming in software applications

My strong languages are:
C++
C#/VB.NET
