So Jagex banned me..

Ok I admit, I've sold gold before but they banned all my accounts for macroing which I have never done.. what the hell? I mean theres no reason to lie here. I've been a saint over those 6 years of playing that game (well aside from selling off gold I made through regular gameplay).


I used to feel kinda bad doing it... but hell, now the gloves are off!

 

You broke the game rules. They ban your account. You are well aware that Rwt is strictly agaisnt runescape rules.

 

Whats your point? The reason I got banned for was Macroing(major). It has nothing to do with RWT.

 

Well you obviously used a macro program. Eeither bot/Autoclicker/3rd party client

Nah, I've never used any bots or anything which is why its so weird. If I had, there's no point in lying about it here. I mean like come on, what would be the point?

Well exactly But botting and RWT are different offenses. Besides, I started playing RS about 1 year before I created an account here. Never had any problems before.

 

Nah.. I pretty much traded with my other accounts like with other players just in case. So I basically paid my other accounts for stuff. They all had roughly 3bil on each at the time of the ban.

 

If this information is all accurate, it sounds like Jagex has to deal with another case of a false ban. Off to Reddit you go my friend!

Thanks. Apparently they stopped responding to posts about bans on Reddit and Twitter since they have a new appeal system. Lets see if it works.

 

Usually on Reddit the macro bans are pretty accurate. Try appealing it and if so you will be a success story told by all you find humor in Jagex making a mistake and being capable of making mistakes.

 

Wierd guess they just assumed you botted or just used it as a default to ban you so that you can never be unbanned, unlucky bro!

 

When you do real world trading, there is always a risk to get mixed up with someone who hosts a bot farm.
