He's logging in and out every 5 minutes or so, which to a normal person would seem he's available.

Do not trade hellz.shellz until both a refund and the PayPal limitation have been fixed, and can be confirmed.

 

Yeah he's been hacked, the real hellz shellz will have to refund you if he wants to come back
