Proof of payment: Didnt actually take pics of the trade because i wasn't worried about this happening. I trusted this guy and it seemed he was pretty reccommended. Pretty good proof still though.

What would you suggest would? Or are you suggesting its an unprovable crime and im SOL?

 

It's very difficult to prove unless he tries selling it again. If you manage to recover it, a screenshot of the last login IP would be proof. Ask him to help you recover it, if he refuses I can probably ban him.

 

He still hasn't got back to me or logged on msn. I also can not recover the account I've tried many times.

 

He is definately avoiding me. I saw him log on then immediately log off. I guess that doesn't mean he's definately avoiding me but its been like three days now and i've left several messages. Still nothing.
