he sent me a pm of the world and he confrimed he was in trade with me so i gave him the 10m for the bet i won then came all the problems , i trade him and he put in the 20m he accepted the first screen then he goes and decline the 2nd screen and logout, a few seconds later on sythe he pms me that he hit the 6 hour login mark and to confrim name,location, and world then about 2 minutes after that he pms enjoys , and claims he paid me when he never logged back in

 

You need proof like I said in PM's, bud.
Otherwise we can't do anything.
