Scammer report: ForTheReload

Briefly explain the trade: We agreed on that I was going first paying trough paypal, before I sent the payment he confirmed the cash ingame. After that I sent the 25$ payment as we agreed.

How they scammed: After reciving the money he claimed he had another trader wich he was gonan trade first (I don't kow if he even traded him), I was waiting for he to trade me but he never did, when i asked on msn he said: Sorry Lad" and didn't respond for quite a while. After some time had passed he claimed that he was laggy and would refound my order as soon as possible, wich for the record has not happend..

Other information:I posted on hes thread that everyone should trade him with caution, he replyed and said he never have contacted me trough msn, even though he stated on a earlyer page that he had added me. + you can see that i request him to pm me hes msn wich he did.
