Hello - Im Amey, new & not well.

I'm Amey
# 22 years / Born Dec 1992.
# I'm a house mum/wife

Not much else to say.


So I've been away for a long time inside a mental health treatment place, I didn't know I had this but the doctor says I've got Bipolar and major depression.

I'm on diazipam, and quazitine? or something along the line I'm so spaced right now. I can't be around my partner nor kids like this ( hence why I'm staying away from them for awhile as much as I love them I cannot put them through what I'm going through.

I've been told to discuss my problems with people so I come to join this site ( this isn't the only site I've joined, I'm trying to figure out how to get my mind off things.

PROOF My new freshly cuts, but my meds are making me stop this.



Sorry if this is in the wrong place it's kinda a introduction and also just to let you know I'm not well.

You don't have to show proof to people of your problems, just talking about it will help us understand, since you may not be comfortable sharing pictures.

I have several friends who went through self harming phases, and I know how rough it can be for both you and those around you. I understand you don't want your partner/child to see you in the state you're in right now, but just remember that they're there for you through both your ups and downs.
