He basically told me that he'd buy the account in 3 hours, after like 4-5 hours he still does not respond and when he does he just comes up with a excuse that he needs a bit longer.

I was told that it was not allowed to fake bid, he fake bidded and even wasted 4+ hours.

 

I actually gave you a twc after reading the conversation. The user you reported did absolutely nothing wrong and you're the one who threatens to ban him because he says "I might be ready in 3 hours" and then decides not to buy your account. I don't blame him
