this one is almost maxed rs 3 stats. but i can tell you this account is scamming account, its from a USA seller, and he recovered it, i just want you realize 99% maxed stats account are dangerous to buy. it will be definitely recovered, its just about time, sometimes days to months, depend on your luck. but no matter what, it will be recovered back.
