Magnum Sythe - Scammer

I bought an account today from Magnum Sythe.

The trade went fine, and i had use of the account the entire day.

Magnum Sythe contacted me later on that day to ask me how the account was going, i said it was fine and he asked me to come on msn, as Runescape was updating at that time. After a little talk, which included me telling him what i'd bought for the new account, Magnum Sythe went offline, both on Msn and in-game.

It was then, as i switched worlds, that i got the error "invalid password".

Magnum Sythe never provided me with the recovery questions to the account.

I paid for a membership of which i have the reciept for.

I don't enjoy paying for something, and having it stolen from me.

Is there something that can be done about this?

Or does this report simply yield a ban for Magnum Sythe?
