    Why I think hes ban evading:
    Same kind of behavour, join sythe, donates his first week on the platform, opens a gold shop (literally his first post lol) Sells huge amounts of gold to trusted buyers in exchange for vouches so that he can be deemed «trusted»
    Same kind of avatar as NCAAN, animated gfx with a bird and a logo under it..
    Probably not sufficient but worth a shot.
