Briefly explain the trade: I was buying 150m EOC for $25 via paypal...
How they scammed: I traded the $25 first via paypal...then he logged out of RS... then said on his thread " http://www.sythe.org/eoc-runescape-...gp-sales-fast-service-cheap-pay-pal-only.html " i only sent him 1c.....

im still messaging him as trying to explain how he can give me my money back via paypal..

he has messaged me saying he is sorry and trying to refund me...he transfered the funds to another paypal, but cant transfer them back.

I wouldn't let him send me the funds via another paypal incase he chargebacks again...

so think my best bet is to call paypal to get my funds back? If you have any other suggestions superman please message me.

I'd suggest you go ahead and call up Paypal and discontinue any contact with Luke. Also, will you please report the PM containing Luke's paypal email?
