Elo Rise-- scam - took my $37

I just repost all the information here after received your PM.
If I did wrong, plz PM me and I will do it again. dont ban me cause I repost here again.
















Here is all the information I have. No cut on conversation history.

He never touched my account. He did all the excuse and let me wait. (look at the time in my chat history)

When I claim refund he just stopped talking, and I post reply on his thread and he get online immeditaliy and made a lot of excuse.

Right now, I lost my $37 and he still scam other people in this forum.

He knows how to handle the paypal that make people cant claim chargeback.

Today I called paypal reported him and I got confirm his account is under investigation.
